Select Second Nature on your Vitality app

Go to your Vitality app homepage. If you meet Vitality's initial entry requirements, you'll see Second Nature as an option you can learn more about.

Follow instructions to complete our health quiz

On clicking Second Nature, you'll be prompted to complete the Second Nature health quiz. This checks your eligibility for our programmes.

Your exclusive Vitality discount will be applied automatically.

What's the eligibility criteria for the non-medicated weight-loss programme?

You'll need to meet Vitality's initial entry requirements. To meet these you must either have a BMI of 30 or over, or a BMI of 25 or over and have diabetes.

How much will I pay? What exclusive discount will I get on Second Nature because of my Vitality membership?

The discount and you pay depends on the programme you join:

  • Exclusive Vitality discount: You'll save up to £376 over a year.
  • You'll pay: A one-off payment of £20 or 20% off for Second Nature's lweight-loss programme, and access to their app for 1 year. Note, your subscription won't renew at the end of the year.
I'm not a Vitality member, how do I become one?
